Our spacious semi rural home on 7 acres of landscaped gardens has stunning views of the Southern Alps.

The home is designed for privacy and comfort with 450 square metres of living space on one level, comprising 2 separate wings with open plan living areas and modern kitchen. All 4 bedrooms have their own access to the garden and own bathroom.

The house is well furnished with large smart TV, high speed Wi-Fi and modern appliances. It is heated by a central heat pump and wall mounted heaters in the bedrooms.

The garden includes sweeping lawns, many specimen trees, woodlands, large pond with waterfall and a stream. There is an outdoor spa, swimming pool and tennis court.

Wanaka is a small town nestled on the shores of a pristine lake with the majestic peaks of the Southern Alps just beyond. Two world class ski resorts are within a 20 minute drive. The nearby lakes and rivers provide spectacular boating and world renowned trout fishing.

Wanaka is the gateway to the unparalleled wilderness of Mt Aspiring National Park and access to Queenstown, Fiordland, Mt Cook and the West Coast - all within a 1-2 hour drive. The Wanaka area has numerous hiking and biking trails, vineyards for wine tasting, a golf course and first class cafes and restaurants. It is ideal for families/couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience that also provides opportunities for world class outdoor activities.
