A Beautiful Spanish Villa

Casa de Milagros is situated in the mountains above the resort town of Mojacar which is 20 minutes drive to their beautiful beaches and gorgeous restaurants. We have a beautiful private heated swimming pool on one side of the property and a fabulous terrace with hot tub overlooking the mountains and sea on the other side.

The house is fitted with high quality solar powered panels and fully air conditioned for the warm/hot weather. It has two pellet burners for the cooler months, one in the TV room and the other in the reading lounge.

The TV Room has a 65 inch Smart Samsung TV Wall mounted with an adjustable arm allowing the screen to be positioned for many viewers. There is access to 800 movies and all Sports channels and most European main stream channels.

The kitchen is extremely well equipped with electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave, 2 drawer air fryer, dishwasher and dining area just off the cooking area. A utility room situated off the main entrance has a washing machine tumble dryer and additional fridge freezer. There is a toilet/cloakroom off the main entrance.

The patio overlooking the mountains and sea has a large round dining table and seating for 8 persons. Next to this is a relaxing seating area which is outside the two self contained annexes. These two annexes are designed with zip and link beds so can be occupied as a large queen sized beds which can be used as two large singles. An Ensuite shower room is provided in both annexes.

The villa has high speed fibre optic WiFi throughout.

The property is beautifully quiet and ideal for writing, reading and also for inviting guests for friendly meals and movie nights.

About the location

The area is in a quiet location with a mixture of Spanish and various other European residents. It is only a 10 minute drive to a mini super market, pharmacy, bank and lovely restaurant and cafes. 20 minutes to the beaches of Mojacar and Vera.

There are many tribute bands playing at various venues close by.
