A private garden is at the rear of the house and there is ample on street parking. There are two bedrooms-one with a double bed and one with a double and a single. There is a bathroom with shower upstairs and a small toilet downstairs. The kitchen has a Doyle oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.

There is a large open plan living/ dining area and a separate lounge.

About the location

The area is quiet but with all amenities. There are local convenience shops and large supermarkets nearby. The house is on a local bus route while buses to Kilmarnock and Glasgow are less than five minutes walk. There is also a railway station within ten minutes walk. Prestwick airport is fifteen minutes by car and can also be easily reached by bus or train. Glasgow airport is an hours drive or a little more by train and bus. The area has many golf courses and also places of historical interest such as Culzean castle or Robert Burns cottage.
