Fully refurbished flat in Lisbon.

Our home is located in a lovely neighbourhood that was built in the 1940s and is an excellent example of a 15-minute city - Alvalade.

The flat has 100 sq.m. (1076 sq.ft.) and has two bedrooms with ensuite and a big open-plan kitchen - dining room - living room. It`s a very bright flat due to the big windows turned east and west. It`s located on the ground floor of a building without lift and you`ll have to climb about half a dozen steps to get to it. The building also has a small garden in the back that can be accessed from the common stairs.

The flat was completely redone in 2022 and is very comfortable and practical. The kitchen is pretty well equipped since we love to cook. You will find all sorts of gadgets and appliances at your disposal.

About the location

Our neighbourhood, Alvalade, is pretty recent by Lisbon standards but is a beautiful place that still keeps an authenticity that makes it feel like a village. There is an enormous choice of small, local shops, very nice restaurants and a food market all within a 10-minute walk. You`ll also find a couple of parks and sports complex within the same distance.

You won`t find big tourist attractions in Alvalade but you won`t be far from them as walking for 5 minutes will take you to two metro lines (Green and Yellow) giving you direct and fast access to the city center. 10 minutes away is a train station that can take you to Sintra or, if you`re feeling adventurous, to Algarve or Évora. There is also a good network of cycleways that will get you to most parts of Lisbon. And we`ll be happy to provide you with bikes.
