Casa Margarita

Our house is a Spanish style villa built in the 1970s with its own private pool and set in secluded gardens. it has 3 bedrooms - 2 with two beds and 1 double. there is a modern kitchen and utility area and a sitting room that opens out onto the terrace and pool. there is air conditioning in the bedrooms and a log burner in the sitting room. there is plenty of parking outside.

About the location

The house is one of a small number set in a large and beautiful 'Natural Park' surrounding a large lake with many birds. It has its own Visitor Centre . The roads in the Park are mostly unsurfaced. it is about a mile from the local village, Es Gray, where there is a shop and restaurants as well as very safe sea bathing and large, safe sandy beach, ideal for children. The nearby cliffs offer good walking and great views. The location is about 10 minutes drive to the town of Mahon, the capital of Menorca with its large harbour full of restaurants, historic buildings and lots of places to visit.
