Ground floor (3 room) with garden / 1 mile from centre of Amsterdam.

Our house is about 80 m2 on the ground floor in Amsterdam West on a quiet street. 2.5 km from, for example, the Anne Frank House. Built around 1940, but in 2019 the interior was completely renovated. There are 2 cats.

The largest space is a living room with an open kitchen with doors leading to the garden (100m2) which includes a shed, picnic table etc.

What`s special is that there is foldable king-size bed (for 2 adults)in the living room. One of the bedrooms is also suitable for one adult, while the other (bunk bed)is for a child/teen. There`s also a pull-out bed for a child up to around 12 years old. The shower room and separate toilet are not large. There`s also an office space (not to be used).

There are 2 cats that need to be fed every day (also possible to give them am load and stay away 2 days...), and occasionally their litter box needs to be scooped. They can go out back but there`s no cat flap so the door needs to be opened/closed (or put on a door stopper we designed). We have 3 bikes for use: in the city center of Amsterdam going around on bike is ideal. Optionally, with the use/trade of a car.

About the location

Opposite the house is a playground. But no noise disturbance. At the end of the street is a canal, and a bit further another playground. Also on walking distance 2 parcs. It is easy to wlak, bike or use public transport to many Amsterdam (tourist) places. Also a bus to the beach stops real nearby.
