It is a semi-detached early 20th century house with three good size bedrooms and a study that could be used for a child etc. I have a separate living room, a kitchen diner, a downstairs toilet and one bathroom on the first floor.

There is an off street parking space at the front of the house and a front and back garden. It is a quiet residential road about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Wimbledon, with its underground and overground transport links, and about the same distance from South Wimbledon underground station.

About the location

I live in Merton Park, just outside the John Innes conservation area. It is quiet and residential, but close to transport links to get into central London, and close enough to walk to Wimbledon town centre with its shops, cafes, restaurants, bars, library, cinema and theatre.

There are lots of nearby parks, including Morden Hall Park.
