A splendid modern design apartment in a historical building, in the central and very beautiful area of Rome, where I, Nila, and my sweet chihuahua Blue live.
At home you will find everything you need to live in total comfort. All the furniture is of quality and design, all Made in Italy.
The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 people. It is not suitable for children.
About the location
Just 5 minute walk away you are at Villa Borghese 3 minute walk at the fantastic Coppedè district, which you can read about here: http://www.romeing.it/quartiere-coppede-rome/
Below the house there are supermarkets and small shops such as fishmonger, butcher, pastry shop, bakery, cheese shop, greengrocer, clothing, pharmacy etc. Furthermore, there are nice little places to have breakfast, aperitif or dinner. In any case, you will find a list of my favorite places at home. La Rinascente, the Italian department store, is just 10 minutes away on foot, with clothing, household items, a food hall and bistros where you can eat or have an aperitif.
The main train station Termini and Piazza della Repubblica are 25 minutes walk, Piazza di Spagna 30 minutes walk. Just a 15 minute walk takes you to the splendid Villa Torlonia with its museums, the delightful Villa Paganini and the green and extensive Villa Ada.
Very close to home, 5 min walk there is amazing museum Borghese Gallery, 10 min walk Macro (contemporary art museum), 20 min walk GNAM (Galleria Nazionale d`Arte Moderna), 30 min walk MAXXI (museum of Architecture), beautiful Museo Nazionale Etrusco and wonderful Auditorium Parco della Musica.
Obviously, there are buses, trams and taxis that you can use to rich different Rome areas.
