Situated on top of the common where cows roam freely during the summer months, but only a mile away from the market town of Stroud, with a farmers market each Saturday.

Good railway network, only 1 hour direct to London Paddington.

Easy route to Cheltenham, Bristol, Bath and Birmingham for nearer cities.
Only 6 miles away from the royal residence of Highgrove at Tetbury (King Charles) where the gardens are beautiful to visit.

2 very local Country Pubs, both in easy walking distance which serve fantastic food and stunning views. Plenty of restaurants in local area, food shops and a vineyard to visit.

There are some amazing walks included the Cotswold Way from North Gloucestershire down to Bath as well as many shorter 5-10 mile routes.
Many quaint Cotswold towns to visit within an hour’s drive.
