It`s a family home built in 1995 in a quiet cul-de-sac with kitchen, downstairs loo, hall, snug with TV, lounge, dining room, double bedroom+en-suite downstairs and 3 doubles upstairs plus bathroom with shower over bath. There`s a private sunny garden to the rear and more garden to the front and side. There`s also a special cat called Moss who is friendly and polite if you feed him. It`s all electric heating and there`s an electric car charger(charging by arrangement) We have solar thermal and photovoltaic panels.
About the location
On the Black Isle, 25 minutes drive from Inverness, Fortrose is a very small town on the Moray Firth with beautiful sandy beach at nearby Rosemarkie halfa mile away and iconic Chanonry Point 0.75 mile away where the Moray Firth dolphins can be spotted from the shore. The town has two pubs, two restaurants, a chippy, a good Co-op, two bakeries, a butcher, pharmacy, and gift shops.
