Cosy flat, room with wooden floor, old furniture & lovely kitchen

An old building (1898), a flat with high ceilings and partly wooden floors, one room with a balcony, bathroom & a lovely spacious kitchen. One of the rooms will be used by a friendly flatmate who works there for a couple of hours Mon.-Friday during the day. Please note that the flat is in a sort of "bohemian" state, simple but cosy.

About the location

Prenzlauer Berg is a central, attractive part of Berlin with a history of being home to DDR intellectuals and artists. The flat is situated close to Mauerpark. Shops, supermarkets, organic food markets, Cafés and Restaurants are all in walking distance. So are public transport stations (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, Tram). The street is mostly quiet.
