Village retreat

Beautiful village house with parking at rear of property. The village is at the edge of a large lake/reservoir.

We have a large lounge, off which are the 2 bedrooms, a dining-room, library and kitchen. There is a large open space on the second floor that is used as a store but there is a balcony from which you can see the lake. We have 2 patios, one for sitting and relaxing in and the other for parking.

The house was built in 1945 but totally restored in 2004, and reformed further over the last few months to make it a very comfortable home.

About the location

The house is located in the heart of a beautiful village. There are festivals and fiestas throughout the year with many different attractions.

The village itself is very interesting and picturesque, and situated next to the huge Alarcon reservoir. There is a Roman city being excavated about 12 km away and Cuenca city is about 40km away.

Nearest airport is Madrid which is about 185km away, or Valencia airport being about 180km. Both are connected to Cuenca via high speed train.
