Our Brighton Home

Our home is located in North Brighton, close to beautiful green spaces and just a short walk from Preston Park Station, which is only one stop from Brighton`s main station. This makes it easy to explore central Brighton, the South Downs, or even take a direct trip to London for the day.

Situated on a quiet, friendly residential street, our home offers the perfect balance of peaceful living and excellent access to the city centre by train, bus, bike, or car. We also have private parking for two cars on our driveway, which is a real bonus in Brighton where parking can often be challenging.

Our detached 1930s family home has been lovingly restored and is full of character. As keen gardeners, we take great pride in our large garden, which is a wonderful place to relax and unwind. Towards the end of the garden you`ll even find a productive vegetable patch. In the summer months, the entire back of the house opens onto the garden, creating a fantastic indoor-outdoor living space that`s perfect for long lunches, barbecues, or simply enjoying a glass of wine in the sunshine.

The house comfortably accommodates families or groups, with four bedrooms. Three bedrooms have double beds, while the fourth room is currently used as a walk-in wardrobe and includes a small sofa bed.

At the heart of the home is a spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, ideal for cooking, entertaining and spending time together. There is also a separate cosy TV room.

The neighbourhood is quiet, welcoming and family-friendly, with excellent parks, cafés and local amenities nearby. Whether you`re looking for a base to explore Brighton`s vibrant culture and coastline or simply enjoy a relaxing stay in a beautiful home and garden, our house offers the best of both worlds.

About the location

Located in a leafy neighborhood in Brighton, this charming and spacious home is just a short 15-minute stroll from Preston Park station, with easy access from the A23. Surrounded by lush green spaces like Preston Park, it offers a perfect blend of tranquility and convenience, making it ideal for experiencing the best of Brighton.
Getting to Brighton is very easy on a 4 minutes train journey from Preston Park train station or simply by taking the bus at the end of our street to Brighton centre, the journey takes around 15 minutes to the sea front.
The South Down. Actionable Park is also on the doorstep for those who want to explore the countryside.
