Large airy house in beautiful Javea

Our large airy house with garden and swimming pool is just 5 minutes drive from the fabulous Arenal beach and too many other wonderful sight to mention.

Our house is part of an upmarket open urbanisation known as Villes Del Vent and has wonderful mountain views plus a side sea view from the upstairs bedroom Juliet balcony. Built in 2009 is is a modern design and as new owners we have made many improvements in the last few months to make it the lovely stylish home it is today. The secure plot of 1000sq metres is accessed via a locked gate from the large driveway with steps to the garden. The pool is at the rear offering good levels of privacy.
