Lambert Terrace

The house is a typical Victorian terrace in Falmouth, a short walk to the centre and where the ferries leave to go across to the Helford, Flushing and St. Mawes. There's a garden with a decked area at the top which has restricted views over Flushing and towards the open water which is lovely to sit in over the summer months. My bathroom, which is oversized, opens up onto the small town garden which is planted with wildlife-friendly plants.
All the bedrooms are a good size as are the living areas.

About the location

There's a good local pub with large outdoor seating area and spectacular views just down the hill. Good restaurants are dotted along the main street starting 5 minutes away. Beaches are a 25 minute stroll away. If you fancy boat trips, the pier with ferries to Flushing, Helford river and St Mawes is less than 10 minutes away. Falmouth has loads to offer but it's also easy to get to the rest of Cornwall for days out.
Parking is all on the street in the surrounding roads.
Falmouth is fairly hilly so you need to bring sensible shoes and not mind climbing to most of the locations.
