A lovely rural village with the Fosse way canal giving it a picturesque focal piece at the entrance to the village. A neighbourly community with 2 lovely pubs, a sports pavilion and tennis courts.

The gorgeous city of Lincoln is only 5 miles away with the house’s location being ideal to visit via car, taxi, train or bus, whilst also enjoying the pleasant Lincolnshire countryside.

A 10 minute walk to the railway station which is a 5 minute train ride to Lincoln city centre, 1hr to Sheffield. 2-3hrs to London, Liverpool, Manchester and Newcastle, 4hrs to Edinburgh.

The beautiful modern housing estate has all privately owned houses with a lovely community. The house sits in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through road, although the garden is overlooked by a few houses everyone is very respectful and friendly.

There are many gorgeous parks and National Trust sites within 45 minute drive including Clumber Park and Belton House, the Peak District is within 1 hours drive for those wanting some idyllic hill walking.

This is a lovely location to enjoy British village life whilst also being central enough to have day drips to major cities. Or, enjoy the beauty of Lincoln, its historical Bailgate, cathedral, castle, pubs and restaurants, as well as pubs in the many gorgeous villages nearby, which we can provide many excellent recommendations.

There are also many excellent golf courses for all standards within 45 minutes drive. 2 of the finest courses being Woodhall Spa Golf Course (the home of England Golf), and Lindrick Park (home to former world no1 Lee Westwood and US Masters winner Danny Willett).
