The Laurels
The House was designed by my husband who is an Architect. There is a granny flat attached.
It is an upside down house to maximise the views over Belfast.
3 of the bedrooms have double beds and 2 have kingsize beds.
There is underfloor heating throughout the house.
I have 5 cats which will need looked after. They are allowed into the hosue but not the bedrooms. I will need you to feed them and cuddle them.
There is a wood burning fire in 1 of the living rooms and the other livng room is open planned with kitchen. There is a huge window seat with fantastic views over Belfast.
There is a huge Garden with tiled patio area and a trampoline.
There is enough parking for 3/4 cars and it is very private due to the huge garden front and back of the house.
