Our flat is a spacious two-storey home within a beautifully converted Grade II listed Victorian warehouse. On the lower floor, you'll find a welcoming entrance hall with coat storage, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and two modern shower rooms (one with a bath). Upstairs is a bright study and an open-plan living and kitchen area, with a cosy country-style kitchen that’s fully equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware you’ll need. The flat can comfortably sleep up to five people thanks to a sofa bed, and we’re happy to accommodate families with up to four children. The home is in a quiet, friendly residential complex with lovely neighbours and private parking.
About the location
We’re just 50 metres from the River Thames and Santander cycle docks, and within easy reach of some of London’s most iconic spots. The Tower of London is a 5-minute cycle or a 15-minute walk away. We’re also close to Regent’s Canal, which offers a scenic route by bike to Victoria Park, Broadway Market, and all the way to Camden. Despite being in central London, the area feels peaceful and neighbourly—an ideal base for exploring the city while enjoying some calm at home.
