Hello! We’re Chai and Becki - we’ve got a London flat to offer for swaps.

Our 1 bedroom flat is in a converted Victorian school located in a great part of East London - equidistant between popular hubs Hackney and Dalston.

East London has a big arts scene and constant food scene with new pop ups and fusions visiting all the time. It’s a great place to spend a few weeks or a month getting to know.

The flat has a sofa bed should you need it and there’s a shared courtyard with a climbing frame and some other child-friendly play things.

We live with our cat Mila (see pictures) who we can leave for the stay or arrange to be somewhere else if you prefer.

About the location

Our flat is in a highly sought after location - 10-15 minutes walk to both Hackney and Dalston, which regularly feature in Time Out articles for having some of the best food/culture/hospitality across all of London.

We are lucky to be in a rare location for London, in that it is within walking distance (10 minutes roughly) of parks (London Fields, Hackney Downs), numerous train lines accessing all of London (Mildmay, Weaver & Windrush), infamous markets (Broadway Market, Columbia Road flower market, Chatsworth Road), canal walks and much more.

Due to the good public transport links, it is easy to venture out of the borough and to other parts of London - we do have a car which we could offer as part of the exchange, but due to slightly complicated car licensing rules in London, we would recommend using public transport.
