1 bedroom flat, located in vibrant East London

Our 1 bedroom flat is in a converted Victorian school located in a great part of East London - equidistant between popular hubs Hackney and Dalston.

The flat is one bedroom but we also have a sofa bed which can accommodate a further two should it be needed. We have a shared courtyard which is very spacious and has a climbing frame and some other child-friendly things.

We also have a cat (see pictures) who we can leave for the duration of anybody`s stay if they are pet friendly but also arrange to not be in the flat should anyone not want them present for the stay :)

About the location

Our flat is in a highly sought after location - 10-15 minutes walk to both Hackney and Dalston, which regularly feature in Time Out articles for having some of the best food/culture/hospitality across all of London.

We are lucky to be in a rare location for London, in that it is within walking distance (10 minutes roughly) of parks (London Fields, Hackney Downs), numerous train lines accessing all of London (Mildmay, Weaver & Windrush), infamous markets (Broadway Market, Columbia Road flower market, Chatsworth Road), canal walks and much more.

Due to the good public transport links, it is easy to venture out of the borough and to other parts of London - we do have a car which we could offer as part of the exchange, but due to slightly complicated car licensing rules in London, we would recommend using public transport.
