Set within its own beautifully maintained gardens, the property feels like a rural sanctuary. Chickens roam freely near the flowerbeds, adding charm and a touch of rustic life. The house comfortably accommodates six guests, with a luxurious super king-size bedroom, a cozy king-size room, and a pair of twin beds perfect for children or friends. Just outside the front door lies direct access to the Cotswold Way, inviting endless walks through wildflower meadows, ancient woodlands, and postcard-perfect villages. On Fridays and Saturdays, a vibrant farmers market comes alive nearby—bursting with local produce, handmade crafts, and warm conversation. Selsley is a charming Cotswold village nestled just south of Stroud, wrapped around the slopes of Selsley Common—a protected Site of Special Scientific Interest with panoramic views over the Severn Vale, Forest of Dean, and even the Welsh hills on clear days. Selsley has a welcoming community vibe: the village supports clubs, a cricket ground, and events throughout the year. At the end of our road is The Bell Inn. The Bell is a delightful 16th-century Grade II listed pub at the village heart, boasting dog‑friendly and walker‑welcoming atmosphere.
Stroud (2 miles north) is a quirky market town with a vibrant arts scene, artisan cafés, restaurants, and the renowned Friday & Saturday farmers market.
