Grove farmhouse

We have a large Queen Anne house, richly decorated with antiques and hand made tiles, it is quirky and arty.

We have nearly 2 acres of garden divided onto orchard and vegatable plot, a paddock where neighbours keep their horses, and a large garden with 2 ponds, a small one by the summer house an a bigger one close to the house, there is also a conservatory and a gazebo which is kept up during the summer.
We have 3 cats so we would be looking for responsible people to feed them and also to water the plants every other day unless it`s raining.

There is enough parking in the drive for several cars.

About the location

We are situated in a tiny hamlet close to Hempnall which is roughly 9 miles south of Norwich and 7 miles from the Suffolk border, we are surrounded by farmland and woodland, it is therefore mostly extremely peaceful.

It is roughly three quarters of an hours drive to the popular coast of Southwold and Walberswick, and 20 minutes to the pretty market town of Bungay, there are lots of walks locally and the area is perfect for cycling.
