Fantastic location over looking national trust meadow and a 5 min walk into the centre of Bath

Recently renovated 3 bedroom family home.
Large kitchen diner and living room with log burner.
Large family bathroom and downstairs toiled with wet room style shower

The house has 23 steps up from the main road so not suitable for those with mobility issues. The steps are absolutely worth it for the stunning view which changes throughout the seasons.

The master bedroom has a kingsize bed with a balcony which shares the views from the front.
2nd bedroom has a double bed and views
3rd bedroom has a large bunkbed. The top bunk best for children younger than 10 whilst the bottom bunk can easily accomodate an adult.

We have a number of outdoor areas to eat and relax.
The front of the house has a family sized dining tables with electric bbq and lighting. Great for very hot or wet days.
The first floor has a balcony to the front and also a larger deck to the back with table and chairs, which catches the sun througout the afternoon and early evening.
We also have a lower deck which has a smaller dining table and chairs.

We have a pet cat - Archie - who is very friendly and if you are happy to feed him would prefer to stay at home. We can accomodate those who would prefer not to have a pet to look after.
