Our Victorian 1890’s home is on a quiet tree-lined street in the village-like suburb of Richmond in Southwest London. Our home is newly renovated (finished earlier this year) with a modern kitchen diner, large living room with Victorian features, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms including 1 ensuite and downstairs toilet. Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer available as well as 3 desk spaces for working. On-street parking is available although public transport links are very good. Good access to motorways (A316/M3) for accessing countryside and further afield.

The first floor has a king-sized master overlooking the tree-lined street and a 2nd south facing sunny bedroom that can be set up as a double/2 x child’s cot beds depending on your needs. There is the main family bathroom with both bath and separate walk-in shower.

The second floor comprises two bedrooms. A king-sized room dual aspect room including large workspace together with en-suite. The second bedroom accommodates 2 single beds (hideaway) and further workspace.

About the location

Plenty to explore on the doorstep including Kew Botanical Gardens, Richmond Park and Hampton Court Palace all within walking /short bus ride away. Very locally there are also lots of lovely parks and river walks as well as historical buildings like Marble Hill House, Ham House and world renowned artist JMW Turner’s Home who painted the local landscape. Twickenham Rugby stadium is also 15 minutes walk away and the area has lots of friendly local pubs including 1 at the end of the road. There are lots of independent coffee shops and restaurants just 1 block away as well as 15/20 minutes walk away in Twickenham and Richmond centers. We are 4 minutes walk to the local train station that gets you into the city center in 30 minutes.
