Our bright, warm and sparkling clean flat in Hackney Central is a comfortable sanctuary from the bustle of surrounding vibrant Hackney. 2 double bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, and all local amenities you will need.
Minutes from the vibrant east London markets, restaurants and nightlife of London Fields, Dalston, Clapton and Shoreditch. Close to multiple beautiful parks for peaceful walks and cycling.
Excellent close transport links and multiple local supermarkets and near a small high street with M&S, food stalls and cafes.

About the location

The space
The flat was brand new when me and my sister bought it and moved in 10 years ago and it has been our sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of Hackney. We call it the amazing flat as it has been everything we could have asked for whilst exploring this vibrant area of East London. It has triple glazing so is ultra quiet (you never even hear neighbours), large floor to celing windows with lots of light . It's also an eco flat so it is very well insulated and always cozy and warm.
There is a large balcony to safe store bikes and a table and chairs to sit outside, space to do yoga or a morning work out of the sun shine, the balcony gets sun all morning until lunchtime.
The beautiful artwork in the living room is all created by my sister Rebecca and this adds to the arty feel of the flat. We both love design and have tried to keep the space feeling light, spacious and airy. We like the feeling of space, rare in London, especially Hackney.
The living room area has a projector and speakers which we use as a mesmerising home cinema, we have Netflix for your use. We also have a large dining table with x6 chairs and 1 x ergonomic chair if you need to work from home.
The kitchen has everything you will need, a dishwasher, large freezer, fridge, cupboard space, microwave, kettle, coffee cafetière, and all bone china cups and table wear.

The bedrooms are both decent sized doubles, one with an en-suite (toilet and shower) and one with a full bathroom (including bath) next door to the bedroom. Both bathrooms have power showers. There is a king size and a double bed, the rooms are ay each end pf the hallway offering privacy and peace for guests.
There is a lovely cafe The Vincent downstairs, a yoga studio, a gym (with full and free access to residents) and a fantastic local pub The Pembury, with the best beer and pizza in Hackney. There are many large supermarkets in walking distance and a small high street 2 mins away. Transport links are amazing, with two major overlands stations within minutes walk, Hackney Central and Hackney Downes (Liverpool St in 7 minutes), plus many buses with links to all of London.
I have so many recommendations for local restaurants, live music venues, pubs, markets and parks for walks and cycling. There is also a beautiful nature reserve 15 minutes walk away to escape the city.

Guests will have access to the whole flat except 1 x small bedroom which will be locked and 1 x storage cupboard which will be locked.
