We have a 3 year old cat who will be here and relish any attention - but is also very happy being left alone as well!

A 20 minute bus ride to the centre. The house is spacious, cosy and comfortable. Our garden is a lovely oasis of tranquility.

LIVING SPACE:
- The living room is spacious with good light, toys and books for children.
- The kitchen-diner is fully equipped and ha dappled light through the grpe vine all afternoon. The dining room doors opens on to a quiet and peaceful garden with a brick patio. The kitchen has been fully extended and is now with velux window as well as a kitchen island and large sofa.

We have wifi, books, games and toys, and 2 x highchairs.

BEDROOMS:
-The master bedroom has a super king bed and an en suite and is on the third floor with lots of natural light.
-Then there is the study overlooking the garden.
- The other double bedroom has 2 childrens single beds and lots of toys and books.


BATHROOMS AND UTILITY:
- The utility room has a washer and a dryer.
-The two min bathrooms both have a shower, bath & toilet, one of them is en suite to the top floor bedroom.
- There is a third toilet on the groundfloor

There is free on street parking outside our door

About the location

Greenbank is located in Easton and is a vibrant, cultural part of the city of Bristol. Bristol is very close to the Cotswolds and Gloucestershire. Devon and the amazing Dartmoor National Park are is only a couple of hours drive from the city.

Great Cafes all around - a nice pub down the road called the Greenbank (family friendly in the day) bars are located on church road about a 10 min walk away.
