Coastal Family Home with Stunning Views – Barlows Hill, QLD

Our spacious, family-friendly home sits high on Barlows Hill and offers sweeping ocean views over Yeppoon and the Keppel Islands. It’s the perfect spot to relax and soak up the best of Queensland’s coastal lifestyle.

The house is spread over two levels, with five bedrooms, multiple living spaces, and a large deck for enjoying sea breezes and sunrises. There’s a resort-style pool and spa in the backyard—great for cooling off on warm days.

We have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The house is well set up for families or two groups, with a downstairs area that can function as a semi-independent space (with its own kitchenette and bathroom).

It’s just a few minutes' drive (or a longer scenic walk) to Yeppoon’s beaches, cafes, shops, and walking trails. We love the peace and quiet here, with the bonus of being close to everything.

Yeppoon is a vibrant seaside town in Central Queensland, known for its friendly community, laid-back lifestyle, and stunning natural beauty. Nestled between the reef and the range, it offers a perfect blend of beach life, adventure, and relaxation.

You’ll find beautiful, uncrowded beaches, scenic coastal walks, and access to the Southern Great Barrier Reef. Just off the coast are the Keppel Islands—perfect for day trips, snorkeling, and picnics in paradise. The town centre has a great selection of cafes, bakeries, boutique shops, and a relaxed, small-town vibe.

Families love Yeppoon’s free water park, community lagoon, and safe swimming beaches. There are regular markets, festivals, and live music events—plus plenty of chances to explore nature in nearby national parks and rainforest-lined creeks.

The climate is warm year-round, and the sunsets from Barlows Hill (where our home is) are some of the best you’ll see.
