Our house is a large family home with a swimming pool in the fenced front yard. The pool has a glassed safety fence and child proof gates. The three downstairs bedrooms and the bathroom will be available for use. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and the other bedroom has a single bed. The third bedroom, normally used as a sewing room, can be converted to a single bedroom if needed. The upstairs area will be off limits.
The family room area has fold back doors that open completely to the undercover alfresco area. This has an outdoor table seating for 8, comfortable 2 seater sofa and 2 lounge chairs and glass topped coffee table. There is a barbeque, pizza oven and outdoor bar fridge.
We have a large, grassed back yard and a sunny brick courtyard ideal for morning coffees. The living areas have split system heating or cooling air conditioners.
We are in close proximity to cafes and shopping centres.
The car is a 2016 automatic Subaru Impreza.
About the location
Shelley is a quiet suburban area. The picture shows the proximity to the Canning River Foreshore which is 200 metres away. This area has walking/cycling paths and a large children's playground. The bus stop is 150 metres away and the bus will take you directly to the city or to the train station for a 15 minute ride to the CBD. The train operates every 10 minutes.
We have a very close immediate community, and our friendly neighbours can help with any situation.
