Second Floor Flat with Tennis Club View

Our home is very homely. Access to our front door is through a communal hall that serves 12 apartments. Ours is the last you reach up two flights of stairs. There is no lift.
The apartment It has a large, open plan lounge with plenty of seating and a very large TV! Feel free to use the Playstation and gaming chair if you have any down time during your stay.
The flat is 3 beds but bedroom 3 is very small so we will use it for storage while we are away. Both remaining bedrooms are doubles with king size beds. We will clear space in the wardrobe for you. There is a toilet and a separate bathroom which has a bath, over bath shower, sink and toilet.
The kitchen has loads of surface space and all the pots, pans and gadgets you could want including a bean to cup coffee machine. The grounds are communal but we have our own balcony which has seating for two and a small table.
We are a 25 min walk to Bramhall or Cheadle Hulme stations or 12 min cab ride to Stockport station which has a fast train to London Euston taking under two hours of you fancy a day out or even a short break in London during your stay at the apartment.
You are just an hour and a half drive from the Peak District and then on to the Lake District where there are some magnificent walks/climbs. There is also Alderley Edge where there is a beautiful high street and a spot to park and take a look at the Edge with a stunning view only about 20 mins drive away.

About the location

Bramhall is a leafy suburb of Manchester. It has a high street with cafes, restaurants and plenty of supermarkets nearby. Stockport which is the nearest large town has become trendy of late and has plentt of interesting places to eat and visit. Of course there is also Manchester where you will find plenty of shops and restaurants along with theatres, cinemas, art galleries, etc. Plenty to keep you occupied.
