Lovely 3 bedroom family house in Letchworth, Hertfordshire

Our lovely terraced house has 3 bedrooms, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 study room, 1 bathroom with a lovely bathtub and shower, there is another small toilet on the ground floor. There is a lovely comfortable lounge and a big well-equipped kitchen and dining area overlooking the garden. We have two bikes that you could use to explore around. We also have a quiet drum kit, guitar, box drum and a keyboard and a turntable if you are into music!

The town and the area is quite gentle, not very exciting or too interesting. But if you are into gentleness, this can be a lovely location :)

About the location

Letchworth Garden City is the first Garden City in England, and it used to be a Quaker's town and it is the first garden city. We moved here last year from London and we are loving it, it is very walkable, and it is good for exploring around Hertfordshire or if you want to visit bigger cities or towns around such as Cambridge.

There are lots of lovely cafe in the town, facilities include a lovely cinema, a library of things, outdoor swimming pool that opens from May to September.

If you drive, you can easily explore Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.
There are direct trains to London and Cambridge within 30 mins - 40 mins.
