Close to the beach, close to the city
Our home is 3 floors with the living area on the top floor, which gives views of the sea and Kapiti Island. The middle floor has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. There are two outdoor areas for entertaining, and a spa pool.
We live in a costal village with train links to the capital, Wellington. It is a flat 10 minute walk to cafes, restaurants and shops.
About the location
Many people visit the Kapiti Coast for the beaches. Other highlights include Kapiti Island (a nature reserve) and Car Museum. To visit Wellington there is a regular train service, and a bus stop close to our street which takes you to the railway station.
Bilking is popular as there are great trails throughout the Kapiti Coast as well as more costal villages. The main shopping centre is a 15 minute drive away, with a mall and supermarkets.
