It is an 800 meter plot and inside there is the country house which consists of a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink and basin.
It is bright and has a view of the garden and the hills and a little further away the sea. It has olive trees, fruit trees, fencing, all the windows are with donor bars, blinds and has an IKEA-type sofa bed that opens, and two single beds. The living room consists of a corner living room with two sofas, a TV cabinet, TV, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, kitchenware, etc.
On the balcony there is garden furniture, a swing, a built-in dining table, side tables and chairs as well as a barbecue.

The sea is 600 meters away. It is a holiday home for holidays near the sea of beautiful Halkidiki. It is located near Nea Moudania, Polygyros, the villages of Ormylia, Psakoudia, and Kalypse. One can travel all over Halkidiki to do sports and have wonderful holidays. The house has all the comforts.
