Cosy Home in the Capital City of Scotland
I have a cosy flat in a great area of Edinburgh. The flat is second floor and has an open plan kitchen and living room with patio doors and a bedroom with a small balcony overlooking a little lane.
My home is comfortable and has lots of plants and books. It is a great place to relax in as well as returning home to after exploring the beautiful capital city.

About the location
The flat is 10 minutes walk to the sea where there is a harbour, beach and fish and chips at Newhaven. It is also 10 minutes walk to the trendy Leith area with lots of bars, coffee shops, restaurants and shops and another 10minutes to Princes St and the Gardens which links you to the Old Town and the Royal Mile and Castle.
Edinburgh is a great city to explore by foot and we have fantastic cycle paths and transport with trams, buses and trains. You can also explore our beautiful East Coast with Portobello, Musselburgh, Dunbar and North Berwick accessible by train and car. Glasgow is only 50 minutes by train too.
