Upstairs: 4 double bedrooms, a large bathroom with walk-in shower & bath, and a laundry room with Washing machine & dryer.
At the end of the living room downstairs, there is access to our "studio": ground floor with separate entrance, pantry & bathroom; first floor with living room (with convertible sofa) & kitchenette; second floor is a double bedroom.

About the location

St Arnoult is a small town with a lot of amenities: two bakeries, butcher, two supermarkets (one with a gas station), two pharmacies, 3 restaurants (plus 3 "take-outs"), 2 cafés (one is a tabac), 4 banks/ATMs, 2 hairdressers, cinema, vet, fire service, gendarmerie.
We're not far from the larger towns of Rambouillet (15 km) & Dourdan (9 km).
Access to Paris is easiest by rail from Rambouillet or from Massy-Palaiseau (33 km by autoroute). There are, of course, plenty of places around for day visits.
