Our spacious and welcoming family home is located in the lovely Welsh town of Llandrindod Wells, in a very quiet and friendly neighbourhood — perfect for a relaxing stay.

The house is set over four floors and has been recently refurbished, combining comfort with real character and cachet. The bright and very luminous living room is a wonderful place to relax, while the wood-burner in the dining room creates a warm, cosy atmosphere, especially in the evenings.

The home is ideal for families, with: a dedicated playroom for children; two bathrooms on the bedroom floors; one with a shower; and one with a bathtub.

At the rear of the house, you’ll find a lovely garden with space to relax and eat outside — perfect for family meals or a quiet morning coffee.

This is a comfortable, pretty, and family-friendly home, offering both space and calm, and a great base for enjoying Mid Wales and the surrounding countryside.

Our home is ideally located in Llandrindod Wells, a charming Victorian spa town in the heart of Mid Wales, surrounded by beautiful countryside.

The house is just 1 minute’s walk from the local park, offering lovely, peaceful walks among magnificent ancient oak trees — perfect for morning strolls, children’s play, or relaxing in nature. The town centre is only 3–5 minutes away on foot, with easy access to the lake, cafés, shops, and amenities.

Llandrindod Wells has everything you need locally:
- Supermarkets and local food shops
- Cafés, pubs, and restaurants
-Pharmacy, GP surgery, leisure centre, and swimming pool
- Train station with scenic routes through Wales

Despite its small size, the town is lively, welcoming, and very easy to get around without a car.
