Postbox Cottage is a small detached stone cottage with 2 bed rooms and 2 bathrooms. The Cottage was originally built as the village bakery before becoming the village shop and more recently a home. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has twin beds. Each room has drawers and hanging space.
There is a washer/drier, dishwasher, gas oven and hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, blue tooth speaker.
In the sitting room there are 2 sofas and a small TV and DVD player. There is a gas fired wood effect wood burner in the sitting room. There are various board games in the cottage.
There is a small patio area at the rear accessed via the kitchen.

Postbox Cottage is in the heart of the pretty village of Edith Weston a village that is largely contained within a conservation area. It is less than a 10 minute walk to the shore of Rutland Water.
The village is ideally located for exploring Rutland as it lies on the southern shore of Rutland Water approximately 5 miles to the south east of Oakham and 6 miles to the historic towns of Stamford and Uppingham. The village is set in undulating countryside with great walks directly from the village or a short drive away.
There is a well stocked village shop and a pub both within easy walking distance of the cottage and other amenities are found in abundance within a short drive.
