Detached 3/4-bedroom Bungalow
This deceptively spacious bungalow enjoys a corner plot in the highly popular seaside town of Nairn, conveniently close to the town centre and is within easy commuting distance of Inverness.
All on one level, we have a large open plan living/dining space. There are 3 bedrooms and a separate snug/bedroom. The master bedroom overlooks the side garden and features a superking waterbed - super comfy and heated with 95% settle. The second bedroom overlooks the side garden and also features a kingsize waterbed - super comfy and heated with 90% settle. And the third bedroom overlooks the rear garden and has a very comfortable double bed. Our fourth bedroom we use as a snug and overlooks our rear garden with access via patio doors to a small decked area but you could use the self-inflating single bed as a fourth bedroom. The bathroom has a walk in shower & separate bath. The kitchen has all the usual appliances with a coffee station with access to the side driveway. We have 2 dogs (lagotto romagnolos) which would be with us on holiday but please be aware in case you have allergies although these dogs are hypo-allergenic.
It's a 15 min walk into our town centre which has a wide variety of local shops & cafes/restaurants or to our award winning safe and stunning beaches.
Within a short drive is the stunning Scottish countryside and coastline, famous for its castles, sandy beaches and, of course, Whisky! It's some of the most unspoilt countryside in the UK. We're a 20 min drive to Inverness which is the capital of the Highlands or 30 mins to access the famous Spey Whisky Trail. In Aviemore (1 hour drive) you have access to the Speyside Steam Railway or Funicular to the Cairngorm Mountain range.
