The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and a single. There is a living room/dining room with a log burner in it. A conservatory that faces south and looks out over the sea. There is a decking area to sit outside to watch the birds or just relax and watch the sea. There is a back garden with a pond for koi and a small garden area with a nice patio area with a pergola. There is wood for the log burner in a shed area. There is a bathroom and shower room with toilet. There is an entrance hall which goes through to the utility room and out into the back garden. A kitchen that is fully equipped.

There is a front garden. There is a drive that holds 2 cars. From the drive walk up a few steps to the path that leads to the front door and into the house. The house is bright and airy and has a real open feel about it. The big window in the lounge looks out over the weymouth bay and weymouth town.

About the location

My house is about 10 minutes walk to the beach via RSPB Lodmoor.
It is about 20 minutes walk into Weymouth town centre.
It is close to the sailing club at Portland.
There is swimming, foiling, sailing and wind surfing on the sea.
The taxis are good, buses are good, train isn't far away.
You don't need a car to get into Weymouth however there are plenty of places to visit.
The Olympics was held in Weymouth and is great for water sports in the area.
