Modern townhouse, adjacent to and within the ancient town walls. An open lounge diner overlooking town walls to views of the Castle and River Estuary. Well connected by 5 minute walk to Conwy train station, with fast trains that will take you to London or Dublin, Ireland. Entrance and utilities on the ground floor, bedrooms on the first floor and lounge diner on the top floor. Hard floors throughout with rugs in the bedrooms. No TV to detract from the views. Lovely park with tennis courts and a library within a few minutes walk. Visit the Harbour and buy fresh mussels in season or just watch the world go by. Wifi through sim modem available for internet browsing. Lots of local guidebooks and maps for nearby attractions. Feather free duvets and pillows in case of allergies. An easy to maintain pet free home in a tourist hotspot. No car required as good transport links and an easy walk to all Conwy town and heritage attractions. Having lots of stairs makes my home unsuitable for people with mobility issues.

About the location

Conwy is a historic town and part of a UNESCO world heritage site with a wonderful thirteenth-century castle and walls. Conwy has a lovely quaint harbour and suspension bridge designed by Thomas Telford. It’s close to some of Wales`s best walks along the coast and within the Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park. The church in the centre of town is the oldest building dating from the 14th century. Other significant buildings are Plas Mawr and Elizabethan house built in 1576 and open to the public, while Aberconwy house is the only surviving 14th century merchant's house.
