Welcome to our beautiful family home in Bordeaux, a characterful house over 100 years old, located on les boulevards, near Barrière de Pessac and Stade Chaban. The neighbourhood is residential, lively yet calm, and perfectly located: under a 10-minute bike ride (or a 20-minute walk) to the historic city centre (Place Pey-Berland).

The house is spread over three floors and offers generous volumes, high ceilings (4 metres), and a lovely flow throughout.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living room and a large open dining and kitchen area (35 m²), ideal for family life and entertaining. A grand central staircase is the heart of the home and leads you upstairs.

The first floor is dedicated to bedrooms:

- A master bedroom (160cm bed) with a spacious en-suite bathroom (toilet, large bathtub for two, separate shower, and double sinks).

- A children’s area comprising a bunk-bed bedroom, a large playroom, and their own shower room and toilet

This floor is exceptionally spacious: the children’s area alone is around 40 m², while the master suite is over 20 m².

The top floor includes :
- Two additional double bedrooms (160cm bed and 160cm futon),
- A bathroom,
- A dressing room.

The entire house has been thoughtfully designed and decorated, blending charm, comfort, and style. It is a true family home, very well equipped, bright, and welcoming.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a south-facing 50 m² garden, perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. It features low seating, a low table, and deck chairs, a peaceful green space in the heart of the city.

About the location

Our home is located in a lively and pleasant residential neighbourhood on the Boulevards, near Barrière de Pessac and Stade Chaban. Everything you need for daily life is available within 5min, very much in the French way: excellent fromageries, bakeries, a traditional butcher, greengrocers (primeur), wine shops, cafés and local markets. It’s a practical, authentic area.

Bordeaux city centre is easily accessible by bike (under 10 minutes), tram, or on foot (around 20 minutes). Bordeaux is a beautiful, elegant city known for its 18th-century architecture, vibrant food scene, wine culture, and relaxed lifestyle. You can wander along the Garonne river, explore historic streets around Place Pey-Berland and Saint-Pierre, enjoy museums and galleries, or simply sit on a terrace with a glass of wine.
