🏡 Local Gems (0–20 Mins)

Avalon (Alpharetta): A high-end outdoor walkable community with excellent dining, cinema, and shopping. It feels like a "mini-city" with a great vibe.

Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area: Several spots nearby for tubing, kayaking, or walking along the river.

Autrey Mill Nature Preserve: A local favorite for a quick nature fix with heritage village buildings and trails.

Newtown Dream Dog Park: One of the top-rated dog parks in the country (great if your guests bring a pet).

Sawnee Mountain Preserve (25 mins): The best "bang for your buck" hike nearby. The Indian Seats trail offers incredible mountain views without the long drive to the Blue Ridge.
