Amersham is a vibrant market town in Buckinghamshire. This property is located within a five minute walk of the mainline and underground station of Amersham, which has quick links to London from the Metropolitan and Chiltern Railway lines.

It is also a five minute walk to the main shopping street in Amersham on the Hill which has most of the high street shops, (M&S, Waitrose, WH Smith, Boots etc) and a wide range of independent restaurants.

It is also less than a two minute walk to the local Chiltern Lifestyle Centre. The CLF offers a wide range of activities; swimming, diving, rock climbing, squash, badminton, short tennis, basketball.

The back garden gate gives onto the King George Playing field which has a skate park, table tennis and boules facilities. There is also a child`s playground and an outdoor gym.

Old Amersham is about a five minute drive away. This is an olde world market town which has lots of designer shops and a wide array of restaurants.
