Our extended mid-terrace spans three generous floors and has been set up to work well for families - with plenty of space, character, and a few features you won`t find in many homeswaps.

On the ground floor, a double reception room has a TV, an upright piano, comfortable seating throughout, and an abundance of books and activities for children and adults alike. The sunny extended kitchen is fully equipped with a range cooker, microwave, American-style fridge/freezer, and an island unit with breakfast bar seating and a separate dining table. There`s also a downstairs WC tucked under the stairs.

The real highlight for food lovers is the garden: beyond the patio sofa and lawn with mature fruit trees, we`ve built a dedicated outdoor kitchen housing a Gozney pizza oven and a Kamado Joe BBQ - ideal for long evenings outside.

The first floor has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a children`s room with bunk beds, a family bathroom with shower over bath, and a home gym with a squat rack and rowing machine. The top-floor extension - a large double bedroom with its own shower room and toilet just off the landing - makes a comfortable and private space for additional guests.

We have two affectionate indoor ragdoll cats who will need feeding and a little company during your stay. They`re gentle, low-maintenance, and very good with children - perfect for animal lovers.

About the location

We`re a stone`s throw from Wood Street, with independent coffee shops, bakeries, a weekly market, and a train station with direct services to Liverpool Street in 21 minutes. Walthamstow Village - with its gastropubs, the Vestry House Museum, William Morris Gallery, and Lloyd Park - is a 10-minute walk. Walthamstow Central gives you the Victoria line direct to Oxford Circus, putting most of central London within 30–40 minutes. Epping Forest, Wanstead Park, and the Lee Valley are all easily reachable for weekend walks and outdoor activities.
