Cosy Cottage is in the heart of Askrigg in Wensleydale. It is a small traditional Dales cottage with open fire and stone floors. We use it as a base for walking and exploring the Dales. There are lovely cafes and pubs in the village and country walks from the door.

About the location

In the centre of Askrigg ( where much of All Creatures Great and Small was filmed). Walks to waterfalls, traditional Dales SSSI meadows and riverside walks from the door. Bolton Castle, the Wenslydale Railway and the Wenslydale Creamery, Hawes and Leyburn are a short drive away.
