Honey Bee Cottage is tucked away in a beautiful, peaceful garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen with an electric range cooker and Smeg appliances. Off of the kitchen is a downstairs loo with washing machine and tumble dryer. The cosy sitting room has a TV, full WiFi and a log burner for chilly evenings - although there is also gas central heating.
Up the narrow wooden staircase to a small landing, a generous double bedroom, a pretty single bedroom with a wonky ceiling and a lovely single French bed, and a charming bathroom with a small tub and a separate good size shower.

About the location

This picturesque thatched cottage is located in a tiny, friendly village on the edge of the Cotswolds, surrounded by beautiful countryside where time has stood still. Perfect for a restful, relaxing break, or if you prefer exploring then historic Chipping Norton, Stratford and Warwick are all a short and easy drive away. Dalesford, Diddley Squat Farm, Bicester Village and Soho Farmhouse are all in this area. Banbury is only an hours train ride from London Marylebone, and all of the beautiful Cotswolds villages - Chipping Campen, Broadway, Stow -on-the-wold etc are local.
The village has a drinking pub, the Dun Cow, a free to use tennis court, a football field and there are many excellent nearby restaurants and gastro pubs.
