Our home is a flat in a block of flats. We live on a fourth floor. We live in a small town 30 minutes by train to Barcelona.The station is 10 min.away on foot or 5min. away by bus.

It is surrounded by green spaces.It has a communal swimming pool for the use of all the neighbours. We have a balcony with plants.

In the summer months it can be very hot.We have ventilators and a ceiling ventilator.

There is a lift to street level. The flat is about 20 years old.

About the location

It is a nice area, popular with families because it has parks and gardens.It is a quaint little town, far from the noise and bustle of Barcelona, but also near enough to enjoy its interesting and famous sites.

It´s not too far away from the seaside either, about 45 min, preferably by car.
It has all the essential services: supermarkets, hospital, doctors, banks, shops, etc...

You can enjoy relaxed strolls around the city. There is a certain amount of traffic but not too much. It is not noisy as Barcelona.
