Very well connected area. The flat is within walking distance to the universities, swimming pool, gym and local parks (Hyde Park, Meanwood Park).
The Meanwood Valley Trail starts just up the road, where it connects to the Dales Way - a hiking trail that takes you all the way to the Lake District.
There`s lots of culture, food, shops and arts to explore in Leeds City Centre, Meanwood & Headingley which are all within a 15 minute drive/cycle or 30 min bus away.
