Nice new house in a cozy village between Barcelona and Girona

Our house is a 1 year old house of only one flour, situated in a small village on the heart of the natural park of Montseny mountains, 50 Km from Barcelona city and 50 Km from Girona city.

About the location

The area is very quiet but it is also well connected to the coast, Girona, Barcelona by roads and the AP7 motorway, which cross Catalunya trough the coast from north to south.
The village is small, with character and sourrounded by mountains and forests.
It is a good place to relax for some days, visit near villages, walk on the paths near the village or the national parc. It is a good base to visit Girona and Barcelona cities, not far and well connected by road or train, or relax at the beach on day trips. We`re not very far from Costa Brava or the Pirinees.
The house is new, with a large living area and kitchen which has a large dining `island`. All together there is also dining room with a cosy log fire. The `main bedroom has a bathroom has a walk in shower. There is also a further separate w/c. We have a sunny back garden with one outdoor seated/dining areas and a vegetables garden.
