The house is situated on Tewitfield Marina, a purpose built holiday marina of approximately 40 properties which has a lovely pub, the Longlands, 100 metres away and a farm with cafe and shop 400m away. Walks from the door, from 800m to a few miles. The house is nicely situated between Carnforth (Brief Encounter filmed at the Station) and Kirby Lonsdale, lots of lovely restaurants and walks from the High Street. About 30 minutes from the Lakes, but lots locally if you don’t want to go that far!
