School House

Our home is a characterful converted schoolhouse in Royal Tunbridge Wells. The house centres around a large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, making it a sociable and comfortable space to relax after a day exploring.

Upstairs are three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. There is also a flexible ground-floor room that can be used as a study or additional bedroom, plus a separate studio above the garage which is ideal for working remotely or enjoying some quiet time.

We have a private driveway and garden, and the house is well suited to families, couples or anyone looking for a comfortable base in the South East of England.

About the location

One of the best things about living here is the location. We are within walking distance of supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, pubs and a leisure centre, while both High Brooms and Tunbridge Wells stations are nearby, providing easy access to central London.

Royal Tunbridge Wells is an attractive historic spa town with independent shops, parks, theatres and excellent places to eat. The beautiful Kent and Sussex countryside is on the doorstep, with walking trails, castles, gardens and vineyards all within easy reach. The coast, including Rye, Camber Sands and Whitstable, makes an easy day trip.
