Very quiet flat in neighbourhood with lots of green nearby
The flat is cosy but full of stuff as there are four of us living in 100m2. We will tidy up before you come.
Main issue: We have a cat and would ask you to look after the cat, and also water the plants. The cat is shy and it is important to keep a respectful distance until he feels comfortable approaching you. Once he realises you are the person with the food he will be your friend.
Our neighbours are friendly and approachable. The flat is in the back part of the property so completely quiet.
No smoking, no partying and no pets due to cat.
About the location
Our flat is right next to Mauerpark, which is a party park. However there are more quieter parks nearby too. There are many cafés, restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity.
